A trucking business need to pay for the medical services supplied by a hurt worker’s wife, a court that is appellate held on Tuesday.

In Reynolds v. Wilcox Truck Line Inc., a judge within the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District in Kansas City, Missouri, affirmed a work and Industrial Relations Commission choice that awarded employees settlement advantageous assets to a person whom became disabled following a trucking accident.
